She/her
From a young age, I was drawn to myths, Goddess stories, the mystical, and Earth-based spirituality. But as I grew older, I alternated between embracing the witchy, alternative side of myself and shutting it away in hopes of fitting in. Breaking free from that cycle and learning to embrace all the parts of me became the foundation of my journey towards creating Psyche Meets Mystic.
At seventeen, I went through my first initiation into the underworld. A trauma I experienced became the catalyst for my path toward becoming a therapist and my exploration of all things mystical.
In my psychology studies, I discovered ecopsychology, transpersonal psychology, and archetypal psychology. These approaches opened a doorway: they helped me find meaning in pain, connection after disconnection, and a sense of healing in the midst of trauma and grief.
I delved into mythology, ancestral healing, energy work, and shadow integration. These practices taught me how to listen to the deeper wisdom within myself and within the collective.
Since that first descent, I have gone through many more underworld journeys. Each time, I’ve returned with new layers of compassion, resilience, and clarity.
I created this space because I believe healing is not about following gurus, fitting into boxes, or silencing parts of yourself to be acceptable. Healing is about remembering your wholeness. It is about finding meaning in both beauty and messiness. It is about honoring all the parts of yourself and your journey.
Psyche Meets Mystic is about rooting ourselves in the Earth, discovering resilience and meaning, and honoring sensitivity as strength. We explore the sacred in playful, creative, and inclusive ways. And we commit to walking together with integrity; free from hierarchy, comparison, and disempowerment.
